I have been involved in real estate in one way or another for well over a quarter of a century. In 1974 I developed a shopping center in Milton Freewater, Oregon.

I moved on to condominium projects in Mukilteo and Mill Creek Washington with stops along the way promoting and developing strip centers, professional centers and so on.

In 2002 I decided to slow down a little and concentrate on the residential real estate market. Now I am having the time of my life building long term relationships with numerous clients and friends while listing and selling their homes.

My goal is to make the process an adventure rather than an ordeal. My clients thus benefit from the experience, and I gain new friends!
